The Kombat opera songbook consists of hundreds of songs lasting between 15 seconds and 2 minutes and 27 seconds. Richard Thomas, fresh-faced, cherubic composer of Tourette's Diva and the infamous Jerry Springer opera, tries out songs 1 - 202 of his future epic song cycle, A Thousand and Wun. If needed, there are 33 encores held in reserve. There will be five of the best singers you've ever heard in your life: Adey Grummet, Benjamin Lake, Lore Lixenburg, Valda Aviks and Wills Morgan. Described by one audience member as 'stand-up opera', the first 101 songs were hits in BAC Opera 2002. If these work out, Richard might write the other 799.
